🌿 Wake Up Routine & Self-Reward Ideas (+Challenge)

Tip of the week 💡 Wake Up Routine
answers to common questions, easy recipes and tips & tricks.

Today I have for you a short, 5 minute easy wake up routine that will leave you feeling grounded and ready to create!

  1. Stretch & Wake Your Body (1 min)
First, roll your shoulders, reach your arms overhead, and gently twist your spine. This shakes off your sleepiness and helps blood flow.
  2. Hydrate (30 sec)
Drink a full glass of water to wake up your system. Bonus: add a slice of lemon to feel extra energized.
  3. Mindful Moment (1–2 min)
Sit or stand quietly, close your eyes, and take 3 deep breaths. Set one simple intention for the day, something doable for you.
  4. Sunlight or Bright Light (1 min)
Open your curtains or step outside. Natural light signals your brain it’s time to be alert.
  5. Quick Win (30 sec–1 min)
Make your bed or write down one small task you’ll accomplish first. Starting with a tiny success sets the tone for the whole day :)

If you have any questions in mind, feel free to ask below! I'll be answering them in the 'Tip of the Week' section of my newsletter. You can ask more than one if you have a lot on your mind. Let's help each other out! :)

A small collection of things I've been into lately

Read → Randomly found this substack about where to find cool media instead of doomscrolling, and it's a TREASURE. It has links to almost every subject you can imagine. It covers articles, podcasts, youtube channels and newsletters!

Listen → Im a big fan of the Timesuck Podcast because it covers interesting topics and host is very funny, but the episode on Action Park killed me, its insane, must listen!

Play → I have been playing Terra Nil on my iPad, I found it on Netflix Games when I was snooping around, so I didn't have to buy it on Steam where I had it wishlisted. There are some cool games in there actually! And Terra Nill I find really fun and wholesome. Strategy game about saving the planet!

I'll see you next week!

Here's something I've been doing since last week, might seem insane but hear me out. Try working with just one tab open.
