Tip of the week 💡 The Single Tab Rule answers to common questions, easy recipes and tips & tricks.
Here's something I've been doing since last week, might seem insane but hear me out. Try working with just one tab open.
It sounds almost silly, but every extra tab feels like its tugging at my attention, the “just in case” ones, the “I’ll check this later” ones, the “research” rabbit holes. They all add up.
So here’s the rule: one tab for the task at hand. Need another? Finish what you’re doing first, or bookmark it for later. (Though, music does not count. You can keep an extra tab open if you like listening to youtube, or even better, use spotify or other non-browser app like the super cute productivity game Spirit City: Lo-Fi Sessions, its my favorite.)
It’s such a small shift, but you’ll feel the difference! less mental noise, more flow, and a little extra peace in your workspace.
If you have any questions in mind, feel free to ask below! I'll be answering them in the 'Tip of the Week' section of my newsletter. You can ask more than one if you have a lot on your mind. Let's help each other out! :)

Book Takeaways 📚
A new book every month-ish!
This month I read: The Big Book of 30-Day Fitness Challenges.
(I picked this one up from a thrift store, i thought it was fun. It has some actually good tips!)

The Big Book of 30-Day Fitness Challenges: 60 Habit-Forming Routines to Make Working Out Fun
|
This is what I have learnt from it:
- Dont wait, just start. You don’t need a Monday or a new month to begin. The book’s biggest message is to stop overthinking and simply start, even if it’s small or imperfect.
- Think of 30 days as a test run. Each challenge is an experiment. A low-pressure way to build momentum, try new habits, and see what actually feels good for you.
- Make movement fun and flexible. Fitness doesn’t have to mean gym workouts. The book celebrates all kinds of movement (dancing, hiking, playing, even family challenges) anything that gets you moving and enjoying it.
- Wellness is more than workouts. Beyond fitness, it encourages you to care for your body, mind, and space through food, rest, self-care, and simple structure that helps you stay consistent.

Some of my favorites ❤️ A small collection of things I've been into lately
Read → "The beginner's guide to writing personal essays" , this is a wonder piece on how to write essays but not from a technical perspective but more about the storytelling, self expression and emotional side. I write essays when i'm learning a topic, but now i'm inspired to write for fun!
Listen → AI companies look like a cult to me and this podcast episode cemented it lol its honestly terrifying
Watch → In better news, ever wondered about cat actors? check this video out!!
