Tip of the week 💡 Quick Workouts
answers to common questions, easy recipes and tips & tricks.

Sometimes, If you don't have the time to do a full one hour at the gym, small movement breaks can live in between moments, such as:

  • While you wait for your tea to steep
  • While thinking through an idea
  • When you're waiting for a file to render, export or upload
  • When you're waiting for water to boil
  • When your brain feels fuzzy between tasks

What to do during these times? do 10 of the following!

  • Calf raises
  • Squats
  • Pushups
  • Jumping Jacks
  • High knees
  • Arm circles
  • Mountain climbers
  • Crunches
  • Marching in place

If you have any questions in mind, feel free to ask below! I'll be answering them in the 'Tip of the Week' section of my newsletter. You can ask more than one if you have a lot on your mind. Let's help each other out! :)

Here's my new blog post for this week!

Create a Cozy Holiday Routine to Beat Overwhelm and Stress

Some of my favorites ❤️
A small collection of things I've been into lately

Read "discomfort is the price you pay for a fulfilling life" substack by jacqueline. It a short read, and I think It's such an important message to remember.

Watch"The Making of Eastward: Design Works" Eastward is such a beautiful game! I love reading "Art of" books to see all the design choices and effort put into a game/movie/show but documentaries just hit different.

Play → In the same vein, play Eastward!! I got into it when they released their farming DLC, Octopia, but the game as a whole really captivated me.

Try → Have you tried carrying a "Field Notes" notebook in your pocket or purse at all times? I have a couple, and it's so nice to write down an idea I get randomly in my notebook instead of pulling out my phone. Or make a quick sketch when I'm bored. And the national park series have such lovely art!!

I'll see you next week!

Lets dive in :) ✧ Welcome! Hey! I'm revamping my newsletter. Writing it weekly wasn't sustainable for me, and I felt like the newsletter itself wasn't anything interesting. With some thinking, I came...

Welcome back, Reader I’ve been looking forward to catching up with you here. Let’s see what’s inside this week’s club issue. 🌸 Tip of the week 💡 The Single Tab Ruleanswers to common questions, easy recipes and tips & tricks. Here's something I've been doing since last week, might seem insane but hear me out. Try working with just one tab open. It sounds almost silly, but every extra tab feels like its tugging at my attention, the “just in case” ones, the “I’ll check this later” ones, the...

Tip of the week 💡 Affirmations for Creativityanswers to common questions, easy recipes and tips & tricks. This week I caught myself thinking "this isnt good enough" multiple times while working on my writing and artwork. If you have too, lets pause and take a breath. Then, gently reframe it: “I’m practicing, not performing.” Creativity is a process, not a test. “Every draft, sketch, and idea teaches me something.”Turns the ‘not good enough’ into a learning moment. “My creativity doesn’t need...
