Tip of the week 💡 answers to common questions, easy recipes and tips & tricks.
Ergonomic check!!
When was the last time you checked your work setup for both comfort and efficiency? small tweaks can make a small difference in preventing aches, improving your posture, and keeping you energized while creating! Here’s a quick checklist you can go though:
✅ Screen at eye level: No more craning your neck!
✅ Chair supports your lower back: Your spine will thank you.
✅ Wrists in a neutral position: Avoid the dreaded wrist pain, make sure you’re using a keyboard and a mouse wrist rest/pad.
✅ Feet flat on the floor : Or use a footrest if needed.
✅ Take breaks every 30-60 minutes: Get up, stretch, and rest your eyes!
✅ Keep your shoulders relaxed: Avoid tensing up while working. Do some shoulder rolls to help relax.
If you have any questions in mind, feel free to ask below! I'll be answering them in the 'Tip of the Week' section of my newsletter. You can ask more than one if you have a lot on your mind. Let's help each other out! :)

Behind-The-Scenes 👀 What have I been up to?
I’ve been recovering from a stomach bug this week, finally feeling okay by Sunday. Sourdough was my safe food, along with Disney-style Ratatouille, rice cakes with homemade peanut butter, and fruit.
I also got back into my monthly calendar ritual. It’s part scrapbook, part fun planner, and it made me feel excited for the rest of July. No work stuff, just movies, readathons, and cozy little plans.
Ended the week with the new Jurassic World movie. Nearly had a heart attack, but it was fun!

Some of my favorites ❤️ A small collection of things I've been into lately
Read → Nightbooks! I got this book from the library recently, I'm barely starting but im confident in recommending it already. It has spooky and whimsy, my favorite!
Listen → Its a youtube video, however I listened to it podcast-style. Its titled “be your own algorithm” its a 1hour+ long video, very though provoking
Watch → Blue box, im IN LOVE with this anime omg. “Badminton player Taiki has always admired basketball star Chinatsu from afar. But one spring day, a surprising turn brings them unexpectedly close.” Thats all you need to know, im watching on Netflix!
Play → Dorfromantik! I snatched it on Steam’s Summer Sale (Ongoing until July 10th), its so nice to play at night as part of my unwinding routine :)
Try → Make your own peanut butter! I used to buy store-bought peanut butter, but making your own is much more rewarding, healthier and it's SO easy! And you only need 2 ingredients.
